Payment Details
Deposit is due upon registration. The remaining final payment is due before
May 1st 2009. If you check the box
on your registration form you will be automatically charged the final payment
on May 1st 2009. If this payment is
not made, the registration is not valid. This means we cannot guarantee a position
for that camper, even if we have received the deposit. The deadline for payment is
critical because we have to pay the for accommodation, the mountain, and all other
facilities included in the camp experience at this time, in full.
The best method of payment is by credit card. We accept VISA or MasterCard. We
do not accept American Express. Enter your credit card details online, where it
is extremely secure, or call us with the details, where it is equally secure.
Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks or even business checks anymore.
Therefore, any checks sent in the mail must be money orders or bank drafts. Sorry,
no exceptions.
Deposit
To register for camp, we only need the deposit amount, the remaining final
payment is due on May 1st 2009. The
deposit corresponds to the length of camp session you've chosen, see below.
This amount is deducted from your outstanding balance.

Registrations are not valid unless accompanied with the appropriate deposit.
GST information
GST stands for Goods and Services Tax. It's a 5% tax which is
applied to everything that is purchased in Canada.
Please Note:
The deposit is completely non-refundable and there are no refunds whatsoever
after May 1st 2009 UNLESS
cancellation insurance was
purchased at the time of registration.
