Olympic Caliber Slopestyle Park
The Camp of Champions Park is the only Olympic and XGames caliber park anywhere in the summer. We build our pro level features so that top amateurs and pro riders can work on their contest runs. Lines of jumps, lines of rails all designed so you can switch lines mid run. Mixing it up so you can practice any scenario that you might run into in a contest. If you want to win like the members of the Canadian, American, Dutch, French, Swiss, French, German, Russian and Japanese National teams that were training in the COC park last summer, you have to be here. The Camp of Champions is where the foundation for contest success is built.
There's Something for everyone
The Jumps are not all big. The COC Park is designed with lines and flow. We design it to ride like an all time winter park. It just happens to be summer. There is tons of stuff for everyone. It’s not just a pro feature park. No matter what your ability we have tons of features designed specifically for each ability level, from Mini Shreds, our 6-12 year olds, all the way to pro level riders. Each ability level has features sized and designed specifically for that ability. Our park is so big that our beginner and intermediate features take up more space than our competitions entire park. Yes… our park is that sick.
Two Handle Tows for Half Laps - T-Bar for Full Laps
In addition to having a T-Bar running right up the side of our park, we have two private camper only handle tows. You are able to do half and full laps using the handle tows or full
laps using the T-Bar. The best part is that our park is so big that we are the only camp with handle tows that has the space to put them in without having to sacrifice riding area and features to have them. Other camps might have handle tows but they don't have the same amount terrain accessed by them. Lifts are great as long as you aren't trading them for features.
Tanner Hall said that one of the afternoons in the park was "The best
session ever in the history of Freeskiing" We can't guarantee that
happening every year but it will be your best sessions of the year and the best week of your life.
One of the top three parks winter or summer
Visiting pro's always comment that our park is one of the best parks they ride all year.
Arena Snowparks builds the park you draw on your books while you are counting the hours at school and the days at home until camp starts.
Winter Quality Jumps and Grooming
We design our jumps with Arena Snowparks to be winter quality jumps. That means real jumps and real landings. Once the jumps are built the job actually starts. We have a dedicated paid park crew of 12 that do nothing but take care of the jumps morning, noon and night so that the jumps are always perfect. Diggers that are trading access for digging don't have the dedication needed to pull off a winter park in the summer. That's why you see so many step overs at other camps. Step overs are cheap to build and easy to maintain. They then try to sell you on their safety. We disagree, you need to learn on jumps that match what you can ride in the winter so that when winter comes you already know how to send it, instead of having to learn all over again with out COC coaches there to make the learning fast and as safe as possible. Perfect winter style jumps. That's COC, that's safety.
Just Say No to Step overs
When was the last time you saw a step over in your park? So why ride one in the summer? Stepovers are cheap especially when they are hand shaped after the initial build to save money. That's not how we roll at COC. We build jumps that you see in winter parks. We groom everything in our park every night by snowcat. Our park is so big we usually have two cats rolling just to get it all done overnight. Not the most economical way to take care of a park, but it's definitely the best way to ensure that the park and all the jumps are perfect every single morning and afternoon of camp. As crazy as it sounds, we don't care what our cat time bill is for grooming, we want to have the best park possible every day of the summer. Quality costs money but that quality keeps you safe. Groomed landings and take offs as well as the riding area between the jumps are the quality we pride ourselves on. Nothing worse than nailing the best air of your life and then eating it in the run out because only the take off was groomed.
"There are so many features, 25000, that you
never have to take the same run twice in a row. That's flow. That's COC. That's
the only winter quality summer park."
