Breakfast
Every day begins with an all-you-can-eat hot breakfast at
Milestones Restaurant,
right at the base of the lift. Breakfast starts at 7:00AM every morning and opens up exclusively for the Camp of Champions campers.
It's all-you-can-eat: Toast, bacon, eggs, sausage, hash browns, fruit salad, different cereals, juice and coffee. We are adding more granola and yogurt as per camper requests. Pretty much anything you could ever want for breakfast. Unless you are Trulls from Norway. We tried to find Lingonfisk, but we just couldn't get it. So if that's what you want for breakfast you are out of luck. We have food options for anyone that has special dietary needs. The best thing about Milestones... Once you've eaten you just roll on to the lift. No more walking.
Breakfast is where you get your lift tickets so don't sleep in or you'll miss more than breakfast.
Breakfast
Every day begins with an all-you-can-eat hot breakfast at Zog's Restaurant, right at the base of the bike park. Breakfast starts at 9:00AM so after you eat you can just roll onto the lift.
Lunch
Lunch straight up rules at The Camp of Champions. It's good to re-energize for your afternoon session of riding.
We switched our lunch for the first time in about 15 years after John blew his shoulder and is unable to make our lunches for this year. SO we've got Riverside Cafe making all our lunches now. They bake their own bread, cook their own meats and make the most amazing sandwiches. Instead of a smorgasbord on the mountain, you give us your lunch order on the first day of camp and then The Riverside Cafe makes your lunch and your coach brings it up the mountain for you. We used the Cafe to make our lunches for Powder Mountain Heliskiing and Catskiing, so you know they are awesome. Now you can eat your lunch when ever you want and shred more...
There is water and Gatorade available all day on the glacier so you don't have to worry about getting dehydrated.
Lunch
Lunch is at The Longhorn right at the base of the Boneyard. Check out the menu to get an idea of what goes down at lunch. The food is great and the atmosphere is off the hook. You can watch people eat it in the park while you eat it on the GLC patio.
Dinner
Dinner in the evening is only thing that's NOT included in the camp price. We don't include this meal because there are so many great places to eat in Whistler. If you want dinner included, choose our Dinner Option when you sign up.
Dinner Included as an Optional Extra
Because we kept hearing from parents that wanted to send their kids money because the camper had spent their dinner money on a backpack and a hoody instead of dinner and then were hungry at night. Now you can set up a dinner plan so you don't have to worry about eating at camp. If you go for the dinner plan, all your meals are included with camp.
the 6-10 is also stocked with healthyish food as well. Pizza, pasta, mexican food, chicken fingers, fries, Samosas, Tandoori wraps, calzones, hot dogs and more so if you don't feel like heading down into the village to eat you don't have to. Choose the "Dinner " option to include dinner with your camp session.
Some coaches go for dinner and then to the Village 8 Cinemas for a movie. The restaurants we list range from pizza, sushi, Mexican, Indian, Italian. No matter what you like to eat there is a crew heading to somewhere you'd like. There is even a McDonald's. Pretty much every day there is a crew of campers and coaches headed to Mongolie Grill, across from the movie theater.
Campers are allowed to go to dinner by themselves or with friends; they are not forced to go with our staff. Dinner is usually crews of campers going to their favorite places. "No child left behind" as GW Bush would say. Or "Never leave a man behind!" as the Marine Corps would say. The coolest thing is chilling in Whistler village after dinner. You see every pro you can think of doing the same thing as you. Chilling in town after a good day riding. Whistler Village is like one big outdoor mall, it's a really safe and compact environment.
