Please Note:
We do NOT run a regimented program. We have a flexible and relaxed coaching environment for maximum
enjoyment.
If for example, you want to hit rails all day without specific instruction you can do that, but
we don't recommend it. We're here to coach you and make sure you're having a blast.
Coaching Environment
The Camp of Champions style of coaching is really flexible. We don't "lock" you into a
specific group. If we feel you should be in a different ability group we'll switch it up
for you. Want to ride with your friends in another group? No problem. We do what ever it
takes to make your time here as fulfilling and fun as possible.
Don't worry if you're a bit shy, your coach is also your friend. We make sure you aren't
intimidated by everything that's going on at camp. You'll meet tons of new friends right
off the bat that are into the exact same things you are, so don't worry if you're coming
to camp on your own. In fact, around 80% of campers come to camp on their own and are
looking to make friends, just like you are.
“I’m too old for camp” if you think, “camp is all 15 – 25 year olds”, guess again.
You are never too old for camp. Camp, Whistler, the night life and the bike park are even more
fun when you are an adult. Don’t think because you are in your 20’s, 30’s or 40’s that you won’t
have fun at camp. You will have the most fun.
The thing to remember, what you get out of camp is equal to what you put in. If you push
yourself you'll be amazed at how much your riding will progress. Each camper must have
some degree of self-motivation. The good news is, if you're reading this, you're
already self-motivated, which means you'll have the time of your life at the Camp of Champions.
