HOW ARE YOU GETTING TO CAMP?
To ensure that your arrival and departure are as smooth and hassle free as possible, please send us your flight or driving details as early as possible so we can have our staff there to meet you at the airport or at the Whistler Peak Lodge in Whistler. If you are driving please arrive on the Sunday after 4PM. Departure and Checkout is at 6:30 AM on Sunday. Flights need to arrive at YVR between 11am and 3pm on the arrival day, and depart after 11am on the departure day. We have our own camp busses that run from the airport to Whistler and Whistler to the airport on travel days. Please email your travel details to us after completing registration. email@example.com
If you purchase our Cancellation Insurance at the time of registration, and you subsequently need to cancel, you get all your money back minus the cost of the insurance and any registration prizing you received, provided that cancellation is made in writing seven (7) days prior to the start of your session.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
If you cancel in writing, more than seven (7) days prior to the start of your camp session.
- If you purchased our Cancellation Insurance at the time of your registration, and have to cancel for any reason you get all your money back minus the cost of the insurance and any registration prizing you received. This applies up until seven (7) days before your camp session starts, you are completely covered up until that point, no matter what the reason for cancellation.
IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE CANCELLATION INSURANCE
If you cancel your camp registration, AND DID NOT PURCHASE OUR CANCELLATION INSURANCE, at the time of registration, here is our policy.
- The deposit you have paid is completely non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Up until May 1, 2016 you will get all money back minus the non-refundable deposit.
- After May 1, 2016 there are absolutely no refunds or transfers, for whatever reason and you will lose all the money paid to the Camp of Champions. No exceptions.
Please understand that these policies are in place for a reason, and we have to abide by them, no matter what the circumstances. We cannot deviate from them. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing
DAMAGE TO ROOMS AT THE WHISTLER PEAK LODGE (formerly the Holiday Inn)
Each camper is co-responsible for their room. Any damage caused in the room that results in damage and repair charges by the hotel, will be split between the campers in the room regardless of who caused the damage. We have this policy in place so that each camper monitors each other in regards to treating the hotel rooms nicely. "Hey man, don't do that! I don't want my parents to have to pay for that." combined with our supervision, goes a long way to keeping damage to a minimum. The Whistler Peak Lodge is a very nice hotel and we want to keep it that way.
GST is the Goods and Services Tax. It is a 5% Tax that applies to anything purchased in Canada.
