End of Session BBQ with prizes
Every Friday night we have a huge BBQ and it's all you can eat. We cook up what feels like the equivalent of a large steer and the BBQ sauce is flying. Four tables of fixings, snacks and drinks complete the scene. Every one pigs out and then we give away a ton of prizes from our sponsors. Our sponsors are so good to us you can't help but go home with epic stuff. Everything from socks, to beanies, to goggles to backpacks to skis, boards and frames. So much stuff you won't believe it. Every week NOMIS will be hosting the Wednesday Afternoon Rail Jam. This is your chance to win prizes from small to one of a kind shred setups! We can’t tell you everything that will be happening at camp, some things have to stay a mystery, so get off the couch this summer and come to Camp of Champions!!
Special Guests
All summer long it seems like somebody famous is dropping by to rip up our park. We never know who's coming till we get a call that usually goes like this... "Hey this is "Famous Pro Name Here" from "Famous Company Name Here". Can I come and film for my seggy, work on some shots for the magazines and chill with the campers? "Hells yeah!" is the usual answer so don't be surprised to see people you know from your favorite movie or magazine. A lot of the top pros live in Whistler so we are always getting cool visitors. In 2008 Tanner, CR and what seemed like every pro on earth came by for a couple days. In 2008 almost the entire DC team, some of Burton's Global Team, and so many other teams came by for a couple days and almost never left.Who knows, a couple of years from now, YOU might be the cool visitor.
